Ms. Parks, 87 of Charlotte, N.C. went home to be with the Lord on March 5, 2013.
Funeral Services will be at St. Paul Baptist Church, 1401 N. Allen Street, Saturday, March 9th, at 12:00 p.m. with the visitation one hour prior.
Burial at York Memorial Park Cemetery.
