Aaron Kenneth Harris

Aaron (Fred) Harris was born on April 20, 1962 in Mecklenburg County of North Carolina. He gained his wings on Friday November 24, 2017 at Carolina Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his father the late Lewis McBride.He attended Independence High School of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. He was employed at Bassett Furniture Company for many years before his health began to fail. He was a member of St. Luke Baptist Missionary Church. Aaron (Fred) was affectionately known as a loving father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, dancing, helping others with no regards for himself, and being around his family. Although we will miss his physical presence, we rejoice that he's in the loving care of God.He leaves to carry on his legacy of love: Mother Jo Ann and Stepfather Robert Hall. Three sons: James Jenkins (Faye), Emanuel Jenkins (Dominique), and Aaron Harris Jr. (Lashay) all of Charlotte, NC. Two brothers: Michael Harris (Latasha), Step-brother Savis Hall, three step-sisters: Michelle Huff (James), Connie Hall, and Shawnette Jones all of Charlotte NC.
