He is survived by his two sons, Lennie Wylie (Katrina),Christopher Alexander (Jann), and two granddaughters who were the light of his life Kailee and Camille Sanders . He will be remembered by his brothers and sisters: Dolly Peay, Jelester Sanders Sr. (Carnel), Arthur Sanders (Quince), Deborah Clyburn, Wanda Sanders , and Anthony Terrell Sanders (Shanitra). His smile will always be remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Mr. Sanders will be resting at Alexander Funeral Home until the day of Celebration and Burial. The family will be receiving condolences and well wishes at Mr. Sanders place of residence, 7636 Walnut Wood Dr. Charlotte, NC 28227.
