Angela Marque Surratt Known as Sweet Thing to many. She was born February 27, 1988 to William and Ernestine Surratt in Charlotte North Carolina. She left us peacefully to her forever home on Monday December 12, 2022.

Angela grew up in Boiling Springs NC, with a family filled with love and peace. She brought much joy and love into her families and friends’ lives.

Angela was educated in Boiling Spring NC where she attended Boiling Spring Elementary Crest Middle School and Graduated from Crest High school, following high school attended Garner Webb College.

She is preceded in death by her parents Doug and Tina Surratt, One Brother Lazella Mitchell and Grandparents Mr. & Mrs.  Fred Audrey and Mr. & Mrs. William Surratt. Three uncles Robert Alexander, John Henry McClure, and Albert Surratt.

She leaves to cherish her memory to Two beautiful daughters Zonnie E. Hamrick and Zayla L. Hamrick of Boiling Spring NC. Two brothers Antwan (Sheba) Surratt of Charlotte NC. Chris Surratt of Shelby NC. Three sisters Sonya Gaston of Shelby NC, Dametrice Surratt of Texas and Lauren Surratt of Charlotte NC. Nine Aunts Linda Mitchell, Brenda McClure, Freddricka (Lonnie) Allen, Keller Audrey, Phyllis (Jeffrey) Porter, Kathy Grier all of Charlotte NC. Barbara Surratt Cleveland Ohio, Helena Toms, of Winston Salem NC. Marie Williams of Charleston SC. Two Uncle Roger Surratt and Ivin Surratt both of Shelby NC. Three nephews and two niece and a host of relatives and friends.

She will be greatly missed, but she will always be in our hearts”
