Billy Aka Bill Robinson

Billy Robinson was born on May 1, 1937 in Anson Co., NC to the late , Oscar Robinson and Christine Crowder.  He departed this life on September 8, 2017 at Novant Presbyterian hospice.  Bill was gifted by God with a mechanical aptitude, which enabled him to build and fix just about anything. Working initially as a mechanic, he eventually went into the trucking business.He is survived by his devoted wife, Sarah Robinson of the home; son, Eric Wilson of Charlotte; two daughters, Linda R. Barbee and Lisa Simpson of Charlotte and five grandchildren all of Charlotte; Willie  Crite, Jr., Byron Crite, Lerrico McNealy, Antonio Robinson, and Tanisha Consom.
