He was the son of the late Wylie Harris and Ida Mae Higgins Harris. He traded time for eternity on March 13, 2016. Bobby attended Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. He was always smiling and loved to call and talk with his sister Pearl everyday. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ronald Higgins and a sister, Julia Harris. Bobby is survived by two sisters, Pearl Blackmoore and Gloria Jean Wright; one brother, Anthony Jerome Harris; three nieces, three nephews, four great nieces; six great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Perhaps Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece, if so, we saw it there. Perhaps you spoke  the kindest words as any friends could say. Perhaps you were not there  at all, just thought of us this day.
