Cameron Anthony Smith, 22, of McConnelly Springs, NC passed on October 7, 2015. Funeral service will be Friday, October 16, 2015 at 10am at Tower of Power United Holy Church, 601 Cemetery St., Salisbury, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the VA Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.

A Time To Be Born: Cameron Anthony Smith was born October 19, 1992 in Pontiac, Michigan. The loving son of Cynthia Denise Smith and Anthony Robinson. Cameron was the second oldest child and spent most of his life in Middle Tennessee.
A Time To Love: Cameron loved his family and friends and was always making people laugh. His love for Secilia Mendoza was unconditional and very evident. Cameron loved for his unborn baby girl “Londyn Isabella” as he anxiously prepared for her birth.
A Time To Learn: Cameron was educated in the Williamson County school district and graduate from Centennial High School in Franklin, TN, the class of 2010.
A Time To Serve: Specialist Cameron Anthony Smith was a member of the 1st Battalion 113th Field Artillery, 4240 West Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28208. He enlisted in the Army National Guard on the 1st of October 2010 in the field, Military Occupation Specialty, 91D Power Generator Equipment Repairer. He served overseas in Egypt from 2nd of December 2012 until the26th of August 2013. He received multiple awards and decorations while in the US Army. Cameron was recently employed at Maymead Inc. in Hickory, North Carolina.
A Time To Mourn: Cameron leaves to cherish his memories his Mother Cynthia Smith (Horace L. McCollin, Jr.), his Father Anthony Robinson (Sonya), his siblings India Smith, Horace McCollin III (Tre’), Ayron Robinson, Hailey Robinson, his niece Ja’Niya Smith and his nephews Jameer Smith and Lexington Berry. His Grandmother Bessie Steel and his Grandfather Perry Robinson. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Malvin Steel, his Grandmother Lydia Bell Robinson and his sister Latonia Patrice Robinson. Cameron has a host of cousins, aunts and uncles including very special friends Jacob Withers (son Brantly), Manuel Avalos.
A Time To Play: Cameron loved electronics, fast cars, motorcycles and was a member of Nissan 240SX Owners Club.
