Mr. Charles Leroy Broome, 65, transitioned on Friday, August 15, 2014. Service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 1pm at Rockwell AME Zion Church-6101 Rockwell Church Rd., 28269. Visitation will be one hour prior. The Reverend Jordan Boyd will be officiating.
