Cynthia J. Wade Moore

Cynthia Jean Wade Moore, 72 of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Friday October 25, 2024 at Atrium Health Mercy Hospital.

Visitation will be November 2, 2024, at 11:00am at Alexander Funeral Home, 1424 Statesville Ave. Charlotte, NC 28206.

Funeral services will be held on November2, 2024, at 12:00pm at Alexander Funeral Home, 1424 Statesville Ave. Charlotte, NC 28206. The services will take place at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel.

Cynthia was born in Lancaster, SC to Waddel Wade Sr and Janie Cureton on August 15,1952. She graduated from Lancaster High School.  She married Theodore Roosevelt Moore Jr on June 6, 1971 in Rock Hill, SC. Cynthia attended CPCC and graduated where she became a CNA at Peaks Resources for 32 years.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her father Waddell Wade Sr, Her mother Janie Cureton, and her brothers Waddell Wade Jr. and Jackie Wade.

Cynthia is survived by her daughters Kimberly (kevin), Felisha(Thomas),and Patrice(Phillip), Her Sister Patricia (Dan), her brother Freddie(KIm), Nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews.
