Donna Maria Gaither

Donna Maria Gaither was born on December 2, 1955 to Frank T. Gaither Sr, and Carole McKnight Gaither. She peacefully departed this earth on Saturday, March 6, 2021. She was a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt. Affectionally known as Snook Face, Twin, Boobie, Turk, Aunt “D”, Grand “D” and Roomie. She was baptized at an early age and attended Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Garinger High School and attended UNC Asheville. She later graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with her License in Dental Hygiene. She was a certified Emergency Medical Technician and a certified CPR Instructor. She also started D'Signs to share her love of art as personalized gifts with others. Due to health reasons she had to retire early. Preceding her in death is her father: Frank T. Gaither, Sr., and her beloved pet Coco. Surviving to cherish her loving memories is her son: Kevin Flowers (Petia), a step daughter: April Flowers, a mother: Carole M. Gaither, a grandson: Kevin Michael Flowers, a brother: Frank T. Gaither, Jr. (Rozzelyn), a niece: Akeisha Johnson (Ray), her godchildren: Chad & Christina Chavis and a host of other family and friends.
