Donna was born on February 28, 1970 in Mecklenburg County to Jannie Robinson and the late Ernest Jowers.
Donna is survived by her loving husband Eugene Parrigan, mother Jannie Robinson, brother Melvin Jowers, sister Lakesha Clark, and a host of relatives and friends.
