Dorothy Segers Blue

Mrs. Dorothy Segers Blue, 80, died on Sunday, September 1, 2013, after an extended illness. She was married to William A. Blue, III until his death in 1991. She is survived by her children, Janée Patrese Blue, William (Mary) Blue, Elizabeth Legena Blue, Charles Blue, and four grandchildren, a great grandchild, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at 11:00 AM at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3301 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at Oaklawn Cemetery.
