Edward Murphy

Mr. Edward “Edd” Murphy, of 5424 Elderbank Drive, Charlotte, died Friday, May 8, 2015, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. A native of Inman, Georgia, he was the son of the late Grady F. Murphy and the late Mammie Brooks Murphy. He served in the US Army and was a retired General Manager in the United States Postal Service. A service to honor his life will be celebrated Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at The Living Church Ministries, 4920 E WT Harris Blvd., Charlotte, at 11:30 am. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 am. Burial will be in Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens.
