Elenita Chapman

Elenita E. McMullen Chapman was born on November 7, 1970 to Phillip D. McMullen (Juanita) and Sadie McMullen in Charlotte, NC. She peacefully entered into her eternal rest in her home on September 17, 2020. Nita had a wonderful personality and was loved by so many people. She attended West Mecklenburg High School where she played volleyball and ran track. She attended Walls Memorial AME Zion Church and sang on the Children’s choir. She worked at Wal-Mart then later retired. Nita made sure she took care of her mom and dad. Her likes were: Bowling,Family time, Getting her nails and hair done, Dancing, Motorcycle riding, Charlita’s Traveling, Doing hair, and Remodeling her home. She loved her dogs. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Y.D. and Nora McMullen and her son Cedric McMullen. Elenita leaves to cherish her fond memories to: Husband: Charles Chapman,Children: Ishmal and Randy Castle, Tychovia, Ayanna, Cameron, andJasmine Chapman.
