Emma Walker Heard, 97, passed away on the early morning of February 26, 2022.
Emma was born May 18, 1924 in Abbeville, SC. She was a beloved grandmother, mother, daughter and sister. Emma is preceded in death by her husband J.W. Heard, her mother Bessie Walker, and her sister Bessie Mae Littlejohn.
She is survived by children Queen Heard, Mary Emma Heard, Mary Elizabeth Heard, Hazel Heard, Dorothea Heard, Charles Heard, Jacqueline Heard and Donna Williams, her brother Solomon Walker, and a host of Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
