Ms. Frances Leach, a former beautician of Charlotte, NC passed away on February 10, 2014 at University Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Charlotte. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 4pm at the United House of Prayer for All People-Mother House. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will be in Sunset Memory Gardens Charlotte, Monday, 11am.
