Frances C. Waddell-Phillips

Ms. Frances C. Waddell Phillips of Charlotte, NC passed away on December 27, 2013 in Charlotte, NC. She was born in Concord, NC. She was a retired Educator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Her funeral service will be held at First Baptist church-West with the Rev. Dr. Herman Thomas presiding on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 12noon. The Omega/Omega service will begin at 10:30am with the visitation following at 11am. Burial will be in Oaklawn Park Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah "Debbie" Waddell Brooks (Calvin) and Kermitt Waddell both of Charlotte, NC, Phyllis Waddell of Atlanta, GA, granddaughter, Kristen and Great-grandson, Kelsey.
