Mr. Frank Lynn Alexander (Uncle Pap) was born January 1, 1938, in Charlotte, NC to the late Mr. Will Alexander and the late Maude Kirkpatrick Alexander. He was the youngest of 18 children, all of whom preceded him in death. Lynn attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Second Ward High School. He retired from City Chevrolet after 45 years of service. Lynn loved Chevy Automobiles and had a passion for repairing any and everything. He joined Ben Salem Presbyterian Church at a young age and truly loved God, rededicating his life back to Christ in his latter years. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Mary Ann of 27 years, his devoted daughter Pamela Dill, and son Frederick Alexander; grandchildren Daveon Alexander, Rontrey Digsby, Miracle Howard, Lavonda Mingo and his faithful granddaughter Shakia Alexander Hicks (Tyran Sr.); 7 great-grandchildren; a loyal nephew Mr. Jerry Alexander (Addie), a special nephew Caldwell Funderburk, Catherine Huntley and Melissa Davis (Jimmy) and his best friend Bear (his dog); and a host of other relatives and friends.
