Frank Kelly Jr., son of the late Frank Kelly Sr. and Joan Smith Kelly was born August 28, 1956 in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
Frank, better known as “Dewey” attended the Lower Merion public schools in Pennsylvania. He then went on to attend and graduate from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a BA in History. After college graduation he met and married Janice Glover Kelly. They enjoyed many years of love, life, and laughter. Frank had good work ethics and had been employed as a manager for Gulf Oil, Fed X, and presently for Frito Lay. Often known for his hilarious narratives, Frank loved offering guidance, sharing words of wisdom, and keeping others in stiches. Although ever the manager, he also developed a passion for photography. He had a knack for capturing the beauty in just about every moment and loved to share them with his family and friends.
The Lord called Frank home on Thursday, March 26, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Kelly Sr. and his mother Joan Smith Kelly.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories…his wife, Janice Kelly, his daughter Brianna N. Kelly of Charlotte, NC., Sisters Ruth Kelly of Wilmington, DE., and Donna Jerrell of Darby, PA., many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and a host of friends who will miss him dearly.
