Herbert H. Spicer, Sr., 87, of Charlotte, NC passed away, January 26, 2013 at Saturn Nursing Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 12pm with the visitation from 11 to 12 at Memorial Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home of Herbert Spicer, Jr.: 2310 Kersey Ct., Charlotte, NC 28213. Alexander Funeral Home is serving the Spicer family.
