Mr. Hubert Ray Garvin, 63, of Charlotte, NC passed away on July 4, 2014 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House-Huntersville. His funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Alexander Funeral Home's Chapel at 5pm. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will be in Chicago, Illinois.
