James Williams

Mr. James (Jim) Williams, son of the late Julia and Robert Williams was born on December 22 nd 1942 in
Sharon SC. He departed his earthly home on January 28, 2023 at the Veterans Hospice in Salisbury NC,
he was 80 years old. Mr. Williams was also a Vietnam Veteran in the Army. Mr. Williams retired from
Goodnight Brothers/ PYA Monarch after 30+ years of service. He was a faithful member of New Shiloh
Baptist Church. Mr. Williams was an upstanding man and hardworking that gave selflessly to anyone in
need.

Mr. Williams is survived by two daughters Beverly (Tim) Nance, and Angela (Chris) Hamilton, three
grandchildren (Raven Nance); (Christian Reid); and (Charity Reid). Also, two brothers Odell (Bessie
Williams), David (Patricia Williams) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was proceeded
in death by Paulette Williams, Earl W. Williams, and Patricia Ann Williams.
