Mr. Ralls, 44, of Charlotte, NC passed away on April 25, 2014 at his home. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 1pm at Temple of Refuge International Church-6420 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte, NC 28212. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will be in Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
