Jimmie Harris

Jimmie L Harris was born on May 20, 1959 in Charlotte, NC. He was the son of Rachel Harris and the late Jeremiah Harris.   Jimmie graduated from Garinger High School & later attended Rusk College. Jimmie was an honor student, a member of the wrestling team, & a member of the Omega fraternity.   He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed going to parks, spending time with family watching football & basketball. He was a faithful Carolina Panthers fan.   Jimmie was employed at Dillard's Distribution for 26 years in Salisbury, NC until his departure from this life   Jimmie is survived by Wife, Carolyn, Children, Jeremy Reel, Michelle Reel Natoya Harris, Danyail Harris, Jimmie R Harris all from Charlotte, NC, five siblings, Willie Harris, Nathaniel Harris(Virginia), Ezell Harris(Rose), Randy Harris and Patricia Williams, survived by sister in law  Elaine Harris to deceased brother(Andy), five grandchildren Kiyomi Withers, Taylor White, Zyon White, Samia M Terry, and Jeremiah(King) Reel all of Charlotte, NC, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
