John Davis - Better Known As "Hick"

Uncle "Hick" was born in Rockhill SC to the late Arron Davis and Lizzie Patterson Davis.

Uncle "Hick" worked for Crowder Construction until he retired as a brick mason. He was a good uncle to all his family members, he would help you in anyway that he could. He was very loving, his word was his bond. Hick did not meet Strangers. Uncle "Hick" had fun, his life was built around fun and joy. Uncle "Hick" was the fourteenth child to be born in his family and he was the baby of the family.

Uncle "Hick" preceded in death by his Father Arron Davis, Mother Lizzie Davis, Brothers: Arron Davis "AD", Willie Bee Davis, Robert Davis, Isaac Davis, Sister, Maggie Lee, Sylvia, Elizabeth Lous, Maude Marie. Uncle "Hick" leaves to mourn his 3 brothers: Freddie Davis, Eddie Davis, Jimmie Davis, his best friend Sammy, and a host of relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank everyone for their sincere kindness at this difficult time. We will never forget the love you have shown.
