Johnny M. Love, Jr.

Johnny M. Love Jr., 60, departed this earthly life on November 22, 2024. He was born on June 1, 1964, in Charlotte, NC, and was the son of Johnny M. Love Sr. and the late Virginia Love.

Johnny graduated from Olympic High School in 1982, where he was a member of the weightlifting and football teams. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving for 10 years as a motor pool sergeant.

Upon returning home from the Army, Johnny held several jobs. However, the one he enjoyed the most was serving customers through ride-sharing and food delivery. He was known for his great sense of humor and had many stories to tell about the numerous people he met along the way.

Johnny was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Love; his bonus mother, Nathalie S. Love; his sister, Sandra Crawford; and his brother, Shawn J. Love Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Love; his father, Johnny M. Love Sr.; his three sons, LeJovhon, LeJaurdin, and Jhaquelle (Tennessee); two bonus daughters; and six grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Audrey "Kay" Gray and Ingrid Love, and his brother, Corey Little, all of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by his two aunts, Pauline (Charlotte) and Barbra (Burlington), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and best friends.
