Kenneth Jeffers

Kenneth Leroy Jeffers, the son of the late Jesse Jeffers, Sr and Annie Ardery was born

on June 29,1951 in Charlotte, NC. He was known as TC or Roundman to some, and Deac or pops to others.

Kenneth was educated in the Charlotte, NC public school system. He attended Myers Street, York Road and Garinger High School.

He was a long time construction worker. Working for companies like Rike Roofing, Rea Construction and Lane Construction before retiring after 25 years.

He was a member of Sherman Memorial COGIC where he served faithfully. He loved watching over the parking lot and greeting people as they walked from their cars into the church.

He was a good and faithful husband to his loving wife Cassandra for 40 years, a devoted and loving father to his children.

Those who knew him knew the love and joy he would bring to the room he was in. Even if he didn’t say a word, his facial expressions would be enough to cause an outburst of laughter.

He went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2023. Though gone, he leaves behind a legacy of loved ones to cherish his memory. His wife, Cassandra, his children : Lisa, Derek, Carl and Ashley; his seven grandchildren, and the newest addition of a great grandchild. He also leaves behind his brothers Jesse Jeffers and Steven Ardery, and a host of other relatives and friends.
