Lillie Mae Coleman-Jones

Lillie M. Coleman Jones, 81, formerly of New York, passed on Friday, August 23, 2013 at CMC-University Hospital. Funeral service will be held Friday, August 30, 2013 at Zechariah Alexander, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 1424 Statesville Avenue, at 11:00 A.M. with visitation at 10:00 A.M. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Katie Coleman, her husband, Carl Jones, and two brothers, James Arthur Jordan and Willie James “Toley” Coleman. She leaves to cherish her memory: one sister-in-law, Bernice H. Coleman of Charlotte, N.C., a niece, Shelia D. Coleman of Dumfries, Virginia, a nephew, Gregory Coleman (Janet) of Charlotte, N. C., one great niece, Jamelia Coleman and a great nephew, Jamall Coleman. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends will long remember her giving and kind spirit.
