Margaret Ann Mcclure

Ms. Margaret Ann “Rabbit” McClure, was born November 6, 1946 to the late Katherine Williams and Wilson Logan in Pineville, North Carolina . She departed her earthly life to be with the Lord on Monday, September 7, 2020 at her home surrounded by family. As the third oldest of nine siblings she attended Sterling High School and worked at Cones Mills in Pineville, North Carolina.

She was a member of the Eastern Star, United National Anteris Chapter 523. Ms. Margaret loved spending time with her boys, family,
church members at God’s House of Zion, going to singing engagements, shopping and reading novels on her Kindle. She was a strong believer of her faith and accepted Christ at an early age.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John “Killer,” McGrant and great-granddaughter Armani McClure.

Ms. Margaret leaves to mourn her fond memories and loving spirit; Arthur McClure Sr. of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Six sons; Charles Adams, Arthur McClure Jr., Jerome McClure, Christopher McClure (Kara), Zachary McClure (Chris), and Dennis McClure (Kimberly), all of Charlotte, North Carolina. Five sisters, Jennie McClure, Jessie Mobley of Rock Hill, South Carolina; Willora “Holly” McCrorey, Patricia “Pat” McGrant and Daisy Gabriel, one brother Calvin Williams (Janet), all of Charlotte, North Carolina and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
