Martha Janet McClinton Williamson (96) of Charlotte departed this earthly life on March 4, 2018 at the Mecklenburg Rehab, following a brief illness. The service celebrating Martha's New Life will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 12pm at Gethsemane A.M.E. Zion Church, 531 Campus Street Charlotte, NC 28216. The officiator will be Bishop George E. Battle Jr. of Northeastern Episcopal District. Visitation will be 11am, Funeral Service beginning 12 noon, Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, Charlotte, NC. Ms. Williamson is survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
