Mary Kitchen

January 18, 1919 — April 19, 2018

Mary Kitchen was born in York County, SC, to the late Annie Allison Montgomery and Mannie Montgomery.
She attended school in York County. She later moved to Charlotte, NC, where she joined Saint Paul Baptist Church in May 1956. Ms. Kitchen served as a usher on group 3 and a missionary group member.
Ms. Kitchen worked for Dilworth United Methodist Church as a cook for 20 years. Her loving and caring spirit will live in the hearts of her family: her daughter Gwendolyn Moore (Daniel), three grandchildren, Terra Moora, Shenetta P. Glover, and the late Robert "bay bruh" Moore, and her three great grandchildren Asia Bull, De'Mondel Hood, and Jalen Oliver Potts.
