Mary Neal-Roseboro

Mary Neal McClain Roseboro was born September 8, 1929 to the late Clifton McClain and Martha W. McClain. She passed away peacefully on April 6, 2013 in Harris Hospice at Presbyterian Hospital. She lived her 83 years in Charlotte where she graduated from Second Ward High School and continued her education at Central Piedmont Community College. Her life’s work was at Golden Living Nursing home until her retirement. She was passionate about her family and friends. Our mother loved the Lord and was an avid reader of the Holy Bible. She was a member of the Venus Chapter 143 OES Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her brother Clifton W. McClain and Sister Martha E. McClain. She leaves to mourn her son Craig M. (Viola) Roseboro, daughter Algia G. Roseboro, brother James D. (Dorothy) McClain a sister Connie McClain (James) Davis, God daughter Bell DeWitt and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. We also would like to give a very special thank you to the nurses and nurse assistants of Harris Hospice and the Oncology Wing 7F at Presbyterian Hospital. Viewing will be held from 6-8PM on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Alexander Funeral Home 1424 Statesville Avenue. Graveside service will be held at 11AM Saturday, April 13, 2013 at York Memorial Park Cemetery 5150 York Road Charlotte, North Carolina. Alexander is serving the Roseboro family.
