Mrs. Alicia Ann Moore

Alicia Adella Ann Anderson Moore was born on July 19, 1942 in Rocky Point, North Carolina. She graduated with a General Studies Degree from Hampton Institute and later graduated with an Early Childhood Associates Degree from Central Piedmont Community College.Alicia spent the first part of her life in Los Angeles, California then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1972. She retired from both Duke Energy and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Alicia went home to God on March 24, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Professor S.C. Anderson and Venetta Waddell Anderson along with her sister Doris Anderson Frazier. She leaves behind her husband William A. Moore Jr.; her children Yul Bennerman, Dakota Bennerman and Chelsea Ray and her grandchildren Kianna Jones and Jade Spearman.
