Nashanda Kawana Johnson, 40, of Charlotte, passed on Feb. 14, 2014, at Presbyterian Hospital.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is from 12 noon - 1:00 p.m.
Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery.
