Odis Jenkins

Odis Jenkins was born on June 8, 1929 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late JoAnn and Roy Jenkins. He passed away peacefully in his home on November 7, 2022. Odis attended school in Greenville South Carolina. Odis united in holy matrimony with Wilbur Jenkins and remained together for 65 years.

Odis Enlisted in the U.S Army and served time in the Korean War and was a part of Mt Nebo Number Two Masonic lodge. Odis Jenkins worked at Howell Motor Freight for 40 plus years as a truck driver. After retirement, he worked other various jobs. Odis also enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.

Odis is preceded in death by his mother and father; JoAnn and Roy Jenkins, his wife Wilbur Jenkins, his brother Roy Jenkins, and Sister Iola Arnold.

Precious memories remain with those who loved him. Survivors include; his daughter Belinda J Jenkins, grandson Jimmie Wallace (Angela), granddaughter Shalomba Jenkins (Mike), and ten great-grand Children Tavarius, Michael, Telley, JaQuan Jimmie Jr, Jimmie Pearson, Jammiko, Yasmine, Jorias, and Jakayla. Also, six great-great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
