Patricia Martinez

Patricia Worthy Martinez was born March 7, 1948, in Chester, SC and departed this life after a lengthy illness on November 19,2024 in Charlotte, NC.

She is preceded in death by her Parents Henrietta Worthy Pendergrass and Willie Mack Liggins and her brother Vickie Worthy.

She is survived by five children Mia Michelle Duncan (Michael)of Wilmington, NC, Charles Allen Hall Jr, Juanrique P, Hall (Coronica), Brenda L. Hall of Charlotte, NC and Jose F. Hall (Cassandra) of Chester, SC

Two Sisters Jessie Mae Satterwhite (Richard) of Brooklyn, NY and Loretta Worthy of Chester, SC. One Brother Glen P. Pendergrass of Lemoore, Ca.

26 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

Patricia completed High School in 1970 in Chester County and went on to continue her education getting a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutledge College Charlotte, NC 1987

She was employed as a Medical Professional over 40 years retiring in 2012 from Novant Health Care.

She enjoyed Baking and Decorating Cakes, Music and “The Soul Trainline.”

She lived a very quiet secluded life before she became ill.

Patricia dedicated her life to Jehovah’s in the late 70’s.  She publicly dedicated her life to Jehovah in 1987.

Her legacy will live on in the memory of those who knew and loved her. Her life was a testament of the power of kindness, and the love of Jehovah.

She is now resting in peace until the day of resurrection as spoke in John 5 28-29.

“Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear this voice. And come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement”
