Quincell A. Blackmon, 70, died December 26, 2013 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 12noon at St. Paul Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
Burial will be at Crown Memorial Park.
