Robert Lee Halsey, 69, of Charlotte, NC died October 29, 2013 at CMC-Main. He was retired from City of Charlotte Water Department.
He is survived by two sisters; four children and many other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 4, at 1pm with the visitation from 12 to 1.
