Master Samuel Polk, III, died July 28, 2013 at residence. Funeral service will be Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 1pm at Zechariah Alexander, Sr. Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be at 12:30. Burial will be in Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens.
