Ms. Shelia Garnett Penn died April 24, 2013 at her residence. Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 12noon at New Birth- Charlotte. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Kittanning, PA. Alexander Funeral Home is serving the family.
