Silas Earl, Jr.

Mr. Silas Earl, Jr. was born on July 19, 1958 to the late Silas Earl, Sr. and Sarah Reynolds Earl in Charlotte, North Carolina. He departed this life on October 19, 2021 surrounded by his wonderful family leaving a memory that will not be easily forgotten.

Mr. Earl was educated in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System and spent his entire life in and around the city of Charlotte, except when he spent time doing what he loved to do so much, and that was being on the water fishing.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed it almost as much as he enjoyed spending time and fellowshipping with his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Silas Earl, Sr., his mother, Mrs. Sarah Reynolds Earl, and his brother Mr. George Harris.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: six children, Silas Earl, III, Breaundra Logan, Jonathan Duncan, Zahria Duncan, Jacob Boger and Ladarius Earl; three brothers, Robert Harris, Albert Harris and William Earl; five sisters, Joann Williams, Cora Earl, Pauline Earl, Sarah Duncan and Gerline Alexander; a long-time special friend Jacqueline Phillips and a special acknowledged friend, Brenda Duncan and a host of caring relatives and friends.
