Spencer A. Proctor, Sr.

Spencer Allan Proctor Sr. was born on September 24, 1964. He was proceeded in death by his father Russell Proctor and his brother Marcus Proctor. Spencer was a 1982 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School. He attended Central Piedmont Community College and his is profession consisted of Logistics, Warehousing and Trucking. He loved music, movies, and sports. He was a diehard fan of the Carolina Panthers football team. He loved his family and had quite a sense of humor. He could brighten a room with his infectious smile. Spencer is survived by his mother Delores Scott Proctor, three daughters: Shamecia Latta Banks, Shawntrice Proctor-Williams and Sherima Rozelle. Four sons: Spencer Allan Proctor Jr., Allan Rozelle, Spencer Tyler Proctor and Russell Proctor. Spencer has fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed!
