Taylor A. Howie was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on November 16, 1964, to the late John T. Howie and Lillie A. Howie. He transitioned to be with the Lord on Friday, August 11, 2023, at the age of 58. Taylor received his formal education in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System. He graduated from West Mecklenburg in 1983. He continued his Postsecondary Education at Winston Salem State University. He commenced in 1989 with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Administration. After college, Taylor started his business, Brother-Sister Cleaning Service. In later years, Taylor worked for various companies. His current/last company is Advanced Auto Parts. Taylor was loving, kind, warmhearted, generous with a ginormous personality. He had this unique ability to make everyone he encountered feel special. Taylor will be remembered for his infectious smile, loud laugher and joyous Spirit. Taylor was preceded in death by two sisters: Geraldine Craig and Lisa Marie Craig. In God's keeping, he leaves: his daughter, Tristan L. Brewton of Lake Wylie, South Carolina; Four sisters: Elizabeth Ervin, Thomasina Craig, Cynthia Johnson, Daisy Marshall: Two brothers: John T. Howie, Jr., Ronnie Craig (Annette), all of Charlotte; four nieces: Tikita, Lisa, Tonya, Stacy; seven nephews: Steve, Greg, Rob, Tay, Ched, Javerous, Stephon; Two best friend: Alan and Aaron, and his loving companion Tammie Fair. A host of great nieces and great nephews, relatives and friends.
