Thomas Bennie Robbins, Jr.

Thomas B. Robbins, Jr. 84, of Charlotte, NC passed away on January 17, 2013 at Carolina's Medical Center. He was born on November 7, 1928 in Charlotte, NC to the late Tom and Sarah Robbins. Mr. Robbins served in the US Army and retired from the United States Postal Service in 1988. He was married to Helen Wallace Robbins who preceded him in death on April 16, 2007. He is survived by their six children, Denise Robbins Johnson, Phyllis Robbins Garcia, Deborah Robbins Rodman, Gregory, Ricky and Tommy Robbins, one sister Dorothy Robbins Miller, one brother-in-law June Ross Walker, Jr. a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Alexander Funeral Home 1424 Statesville Ave. Charlotte, NC.28206 on Friday January 25, 2013. Visitation is from 12:00-1:00 and the Funeral will be held at 1:00. Alexander is serving the Robbins family.
