Ms Toshia Rivers, daughter of Bessie Calphen and late Bleazell Frazier, was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 10, 1966. Toshia parted her earthly life on December 11, 2017. Toshia was the mother of two sons, Brandon Rivers and Markeith Rivers, grandmother of one granddaughter, Brande Rivers. She leaves behind three sisters, Kim Bolden, Phyllis Frazier, Marionette (Coca) Perry (Eric) and one brother, Richard Frazier and a host of nieces and nephews. Toshia graduated from South Mecklenburg High School, Charlotte, nc and was employed with the City of Charlotte. She wAs a committed, hard worker and worked until the end of her life. Toshia was a fun loving person who lived life to the fullest. In her spare time, she loved to crochet Afghan, hats, and scarves. She loved to skate, run, and dance. Toshia was loving and giving and when visiting her home, she always gave tokens of her love. She loved her sons, family and friends with all of her heart. Laughter was part of her personality and making others laugh brought her great joy. Toshia had a genuine love for prayer and always solicited the prayers of the righteousness that avails much. She would call and ask for prayers for strangers, coworkers and friends. Toshia is gone but not forgotten. Many will remember her acts of kindness and love.
