Veola Dunlap

Ms. Veola Dunlap, 72, of Pineville, NC, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. She was born in Pineville on January, 11, 1941. Veola Dunlap is the daughter of the late Rufus Lee and Ollie Estelle Dunlap. She was predeceased by sisters Ola Mae Steel, Johnnie Mae Douglas and Dora Robinson. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Dunlap, grandchildren Sylena Simpson and Kenneth Dunlap Apont’e; brothers Robert Lee Dunlap, Beaufort Dunlap and William Dunlap. The family will receive friends at 4728 Garvis Drive, Charlotte, NC Home Going Services for Veola will be Saturday, February, 16, at 12pm, at China Grove AME Zion Church, 9401 China Grove Church Rd., Pineville, NC and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Alexander’s Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
