Vivian L.
Stewart
Dec 14, 1956 — Jul 3, 2026
Vivian Leigh Stewart was born on December 14, 1956, to the late Ralph D. Stewart and Elizabeth Stewart. From the very beginning, Vivian brought joy and light into the lives of those around her. She was known for her gentle spirit, kind heart, and remarkable ability to make everyone she met feel valued, welcomed, and loved.
Vivian was educated through the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and later dedicated many years of service to the housekeeping department at South Park Mall. She retired in 2018, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and pride in serving others.
Above all, Vivian cherished her family. To her, family extended far beyond blood relatives-everyone she welcomed into her life became part of her family. She found great happiness in spending time with loved ones, enjoying good food, listening to music, and creating lasting memories with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life
Her kindness was reflected in the way she cared for others during both joyful and difficult times. She carried a positive outlook that inspired those around her, and her laughter and warm smile could brighten even the darkest days. Vivian had a gift for bringing people together, and her compassion left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Vivian was preceded in death by her father, Ralph D. Stewart; her grandmother, Elizabeth Stewart; her brother, Ralph Stewart Jr. and her granddaughter, Mallory Stewart. She leaves to cherish her children, Antonio Stewart, Maurice Stewart, and Natasha Brown; her five beloved grandchildren, Makiyah Stewart, Madison Allgood, Blake Allgood, Ayden McNeely, and Ean Stewart; and her nephew, Jonta Dunlap. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members, dear friends, and loved ones whose lives were touched by her generosity, warmth, and unwavering love.
Though Vivian is no longer with us, her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her. The love she shared, the laughter she inspired, and the countless lives she touched will remain her lasting legacy.
