William F. "Tripp" Ballard, Iii.

William F. "Tripp" Ballard III passed January 24, 2024 in Charlotte, NC.  He is at peace with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and reuited with his beloved sister, mother and father in heaven.

He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Caroline Moore, grandson Daxton William Moore, brother Wesley Tye Ballard (Jennifer), Joshua Britian Ballard (Katlyn), aunt Gloria Ballard Cole, grand-mother, Miriam Sumner, uncles Arthur (Doris) Sumner and Burton (Karen) Sumner.  He is proceded in death by his sister Stephanie Hope Ballard, father William F. "Bill" Ballard Jr. and mother Jane Sumner Ballard.  He enjoyed being outdoors any time fishing, hunting, or looking for the perfect piece of wood to carve.  Tripp was a skilled contractor and excelled at making projects come out just right.  The thing he loved most of all was being Dax's Pap-paw and having fun with him outside.

We will be having a short graveside celebration of life for close family and friends in Beaufort, SC tbd.
