Clara M. Thompson

Clara Mae Massey Thompson lived a life rich in faith, family, style and soul. Born on July 29, 1934, in Union County, North Carolina, to the late William and Blanche Massey, Clara was a force of nature with a heart for people and a spirit grounded in God. On Sunday May 25, 2025 she departed to her final resting place in Heaven. We will miss her voice, her laugh, her stories and her unforgettable coconut cake – but most of all, we will miss the way she made each of us feel seen and loved. Her life was a blessing. Her memory is a treasure. Her legacy lives on in all of us.
